Posted Sep 21, 2013 (Patch 5.4.0)The best thing to do is AoE down the swarmers that surround Gu'chi. Gu'chi doesn't hit hard enough to warrant blitzing him first over his minions.
Gu'chi the Swarmbringer tends to die very quickly (at least on my main realm), so you either need to stick close to his spawn area or even log your character out in that spot.
