Arena Spoils has the following loot table:

Shroud of Arcane Mastery (~41%)

Lefty's Brass Knuckle (~23%)

Malgen's Long Bow (~21%)

Ironweave Mantle (~5%)

Aliok-Malfurion (US Horde) has this item and still plays. Just send an in-game mail or a whisper.

Requires Banner of Provocation to activate the encounter in place of the normal boss. Use the banner as the first wave of non-elites appear.

Or as High Justice Grimstone is busy yelling about what punishment awaits us. Just as long as you place the banner before you kill the first wave of mobs.
