Posted Aug 26, 2016 (Patch 7.0.3)This appears during Stage 3 of the Legion Invasion of Hillsbrad Foothills. They can be found around the ruined Alliance tower just southwest of Tarren Mill.
Their contents are random, so it can take more than one invasion to obtain all the possible loot despite the crates being able to respawn. The items are all unique but don't worry -- any that you weren't able to loot will be sent to your mailbox by the Postmaster.
