Return your ward to the Shattrath City orphanage by handing in the Blood Elf Orphan Whistle to Orphan Matron Mercy in the Lower City.

Posted May 2, 2014 (Patch 6.0.1)Once you turn in this quest, you will receive a letter in the mail (generally the next day) from Salandria.
"Wait, why does Lady Liadrin know about Salandria," you may be asking yourself. History lesson time!
Now, When I Grow Up... was not the original quest; it replaced When I Grow Up... In that quest, you took Salandria to Silvermoon City to meet the paladin trainers. Once the orphan was in range of those trainers, she would sense something. From there, you'd follow her to down where the Blood Knights were draining power from M'uru. One of the power beams would channel to her (Salandria) and you would receive the quest credit. Lady Liadrin observed how Salandria and M'uru interacted and decided that the orphan would benefit from joining and learning from the Blood Knights.
