Posted Mar 26, 2013 (Patch 5.3.0)Zen Flight is like the Druid's Flight Form. It is instant cast and certain actions can be performed that would not be possible on a true mount. It is possible to mount a true mount while Zen Flight is active. It is also possible to: use trinkets; hearth; perform profession crafting and archaeology gathering; and learn recipes.
For a short duration of time, Zen Flight could be used to circumvent Pandaria's player-must-be-level-90 flying rule. Blizzard fixed this.
