Posted Oct 13, 2014 (Patch 6.0.2)Now why would they go and add flavor text to a Cloud Serpent that is currently unavailable to players in-game? I sincerely hope this mount is obtainable in Warlords somehow. :(

Posted Aug 21, 2015 (Patch 6.2.2)Your hopes are answered at last! Heavenly Azure Cloud Serpent is tied to a new achievement in Patch 6.2.2 called
Lord of the Reins. It is earned by collecting 300 (holy moly are there really that many in the game? I feel old) mounts across your Battle.net account.
If anyone wants to see how gorgeous it is for themselves, just create a pre-made max level character on the PTR. Pre-mades get all the pets and mounts. ;)
