Because this has lead to some confusion amongst newer players:
[...]Damage Sustained[...] Here means damage taken, not damage done.
so that means you dont heal if you hit a Player?
It always heals for at least 7% of your life. (unless you have a Mortal Strike effect or similar on you)
example:
You have 500,000 HP.
Minimum Heal = 35,000
NPC hits you for 400,000 over 5s = 400,000 * 0.2 = 80,000 Heal
Player hits you for 400,000 over 5s = 35,000 Heal
