One half of Tier 6 raid, along with its sister raid Black Temple. Later, in patch 2.4 we got Sunwell Plateau which is technically considered a leg of Tier 6 but in fact dropped higher item level and came much later.
This raid was uniquely designed in that raiders stood one one area before each boss and faced waves of unique trash, after which the boss would appear. Once defeated, you'd move on to the next camp to face the next trash waves and subsequent boss. If you wiped during the trash, it would reset and you'd have to do all the waves after your last defeated boss all over again. It was a controversial design, and most people either loved or hated Hyjal.

If you wipe on a boss, you can't release anymore until all the NPCs are dead.
Jaina takes awhile to respawn after a wipe, so don't panic if you run back and she's not there.
